Appropriately named “Apple Elderflower,” this alcohol-free cocktail contains lemon, peppermint, egg white, apple, and an elderflower cordial. You read that right: it has no alcohol.
There’s a wave of this class of beverage that’s moving across the world and Jigger & Pony in Singapore’s financial district has an entire page of their menu dedicated to just that if for whatever reason, you’re not having alcohol on an evening that you find yourself there. It’s a fun drink that is refreshing and sweet, dancing on your tongue with short sparks of sour or mint peeking out from a lovely head of foam.
