Located in the trendiest part of the city, Bluebell Coffee Co. in Ruzafa, Valencia, Spain is definitely in the right place.
Ruzafa is known to be the bohemian neighborhood where artists and people of different cultures mingle. This beautiful café greets you with their baby blue La Marzocco FB80 espresso machine. You have the option to sit under the sun in their courtyard filled with greenery which is perfect for a spring day. We opted for the indoor seating since the summer heat at noon was a bit too much. This café has a laid back vibe to it, it’s very easy to feel a sense of belonging since it’s not just the space that is open but also the people. Bluebell began serving Valencians specialty coffee in 2014 and now a roastery —however, it’s not located on-site. They used to be a multi-roaster café and only started roasting a couple of years ago.
