Sip and Wonder Coffee House in the Coastal city of Alicante is a few minutes away from the town’s famous market and can be walked to from the tram station that’s aptly named Mercado. Sip and Wonder is a dog-friendly specialty coffee shop during the day and a bar serving up craft beer, wine, and spirits at night.
They try to source most of their coffee from local roasters such as D’Origen from Albir — who is their main supplier for their espresso blend — Right Side from Barcelona, Puchero from Valladolid and many more for their hand-brewed coffee. However, they occasionally do get some of their coffee from the likes of The Barn in Berlin.
This cafe is bursting with vibrant energy and thought-provoking art. Many frequent this place and the ones who do are as diverse as the cafe’s choice of seating. The youthful vibe draws in a lot of students and artists from all around the globe who sit and ponder for hours on end.
