Cubao Expo is known as a gold mine for cool, cheap finds like vinyl records, food, and vintage items. Because of this, it’s the last place you’d expect to stumble onto a fancy speakeasy. But pull back the red curtain of the discrete photo booth here, enter the unmarked door inside, and you’ll discover INT bar.
It’s a proper cocktail lounge with serious bartenders who experiment with homemade and unique ingredients. They serve up a full menu of cocktails, wine, and spirits which you can pair with a simple but exceptionally good food menu. Their cocktails are inspired by classic works of literature, movies, and even music. Like our favorite drink, A Toast to Hemmingway, which is their own version of a gin and tonic, with lemon peel-infused gin, tonic bitter, and pink peppercorns; all topped with a good amount of Angostura bitter and garnished with rosemary.
This is definitely a haven for people looking to indulge in an intimate night out.
