Good coffee paired with confections? Almost too beautiful to eat! We visited one of the four locations of IF Cafe in Prague. It was definitely a great way to keep warm on a chilly winter evening. We ordered off a very visually informative menu. Every desert and drink listed has a graphic of the item and a breakdown of its components, and got the traditional větrník –a caramel choux pastry with vanilla cream filling–and some of their signature desserts that delightfully complimented our flat white and latte.
Iveta Fabešová is renowned nationwide for her confections as well as her participation in Master Chef. She started out with an office job before she joined the competition in 2010 and a couple of years later she opened IF cafe. She values the quality of ingredients and it definitely shows in her food as well as the coffee they serve.
