In uncertain times, we thought it was appropriate yesterday to make sure to document the day that Coronavirus lockdown happened in Manila. Call it Covid-19, NCOV, or Coronavirus, it’s a reality that the world and the country is dealing with now. And while there’s a lot of important big picture things to be discussed an observed, we take a moment in the heat of government lockdowns to discuss our vertical industry: cafe and food service. How are we dealing with it and what can be done to help businesses and — more importantly — our team members survive both physically and economically.
Joining us for part 1 is Kiddo Cosio of El Union Coffee.
Part 2 features Andre Chanco of Yardstick Coffee.
In Part 3 we’ll be taking a moment to discuss a more light hearted topic, tabletop gaming with Eliza Versoza.
All of this is a part of our All Things Creative program, where we discuss the different aspects of our lives and how we can be creative in all of them. Whether it be in entertainment, food & beverage, in art itself, or even in coping with a global pandemic, creativity will save the world.
